It seems that Amazon HDR videos do not all support both HDR10 and Dolby Vision. To see whether a 4K video supports HDR is to practically play it and observe if the Dolby Vision or HDR icon is shown at the bottom of the screen. Shows using HDR10 will display the HDR icon while shows using Dolby Vision will display Dolby Vision icon. Amazon HDR TV shows:

a. Stream HDR content to Apple TV:
